Describe the problem.

The Rio Grande office is now on Robin but when I try to book it it tells me I do not have permission to use it, how do I get permission to use it?

Is there anything else we should know?

I am using Rio anyway, but I would like to reserve a desk!

• Check Robin settings
• Updated "Roles">"Members", under "Space Booking" and added "Rio Grande" so that users have the ability to book spaces there.
• Reached out to Rachel

  Hey Rachel, I updated Robin's configuration settings. I forgot to add Rio to the space booking roles for "Members". Can you can try now to see if it works?
