Describe the problem.

We would like to be able to update the "provider name" field in the service requests after a service request has been submitted.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Shared mobility will be able to edit the "provider name" field in an already submitted service request. When this edit occurs, it would be nice if the provider that is referenced is notified as well after the edit.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

• "Other" option was for zTest, and we're thinking that it was accidentally selected.
• We change the record SMS24-002130 to Lime
• Remove the "Other" selection capability

Action

• Update Michael to let him know that the record has been updated and that to make the Providers editable is a major request, and that we lock the "Providers" so because once an SR is logged an email is sent to the provider.
