On the permit addendum page of the permit reports for the RW, PSM, EX, and DS folders, we want to make the following updates:
Add a new statement as bullet point 1. i. on the addendum, stating "If existing signalized intersections are within the temporary traffic control area, the contractor shall contact TPW – MMC at (512) 974-4075, two (2) weeks prior to setting up any traffic control devices and/or any phase changes."
Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.
Permit applicants/contractors will become aware that they need to reach out to MMC staff in the event impacts to signalized intersections. Additionally, references to the old department name will be expunged.
Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.
