[BUG] Christine reported an error not allowing her to enter regs #19807

Describe the bug She keeps receiving this error when inputting Regs. It kind of freezes every time she tries to enter a new line.

I asked her if she tried on another browser or to restart her computer and this is happening every time she tries submitting a reg.

How would you rate the impact of this issue?

[x] Severe — cannot perform work, no workaround

Chrispin and I checked in with Christine and the bug was no longer occurring. Chrispin noted to her that this is "typically a connection based issue or the browser doesn't have enough memory to process". Closing this!
