What's the problem?

Users from the front office and office supervisor needs the conference room training as well.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have updated user on the date, will make sure to let them know the exact date and time once i get update from AVI team.

Confirmed with matt and mentioned that the training would be today at 1.00pm. as per the update received by AVI team.
