[SharePoint] Request More Storage Space for tpwStrategicProjects #19858

Description - We got another warning that storage is running out on the tpwStrategicProjects SharePoint site (https://cityofaustin.sharepoint.com/sites/tpwStrategicProjects/_layouts/15/storman.aspx).

While there is still 73GB remaining, the PhotoShop files for the Cap-And-Stitch I-35 project take up more than a GB each and we anticipate the group using up their current space soon. They've added 50GB since a month ago when we got the upgrade from 375 to 500GB. Can we upgrade this division to 1TB?
