Update Name column in Files table so that long names don't render outside of cells

We received the bug report below about the file name in the Files table spilling into the next column. We should wrap the text like we do for the File column.

In the Files tab, the attachment name is bleeding over into the next column (see screenshot). It makes it hard to read.
