Transfer supervision of an employee to another supervisor #19898

Good afternoon, could I please request assistance with transferring supervision of an employee to another Supervisor within our Forestry team?

How soon do you need this?

Soon — Within a week

Is there anything else we should know?

this will affect employee's reporting location, timesheet and daily duties.

Messaged user, they need assistance to switch the employee in UKG, HR Portal for SSPR, and Outlook.

I can get HR portal updated, will need to find out how UKG and Outlook are updated (CTM???)

@stephaniemoorer Thanks Steph. We will need to update our Gitbook documentation since it doesnt mention UKG, but for Outlook im pretty sure is a CTM ticket. Tech Services team may be able to submit on user's behalf and may know what team to assign to in ServiceNow.

I believe to get UKG and Outlook updated, they will need to send a request to HR. I've been on an email regarding a transfer before and the request was sent to Jennifer W and Alex B in HR. The previous person sent the request via email!
