[SharePoint] Assess Changes to Community Connections SharePoint Site

• I got a question from CTM about whether this Commute Connections site is the most up-to-date version available
• I checked in with Andrew A. who indicated that "commute connections is an older legacy program that became Get There ATX. so it is no longer an active program"
• I responded to CTM with that information and gave them the GetThereATX site link
• In conversation with Andrew, he indicated that the Commute Connections site could be retired/archived (site hidden from Visitors so that no one lands on the page with outdated information
• Diana pointed out concerns over 1) consistent access request for that site's storage and 2) links from CitySpace pointing to the Commute Connections home
• Further steps are needed to assess if the site can be "retired" from public view

Karo and I decided we'd talk next week about formulating a DTS recommendation before approaching Andrew. We initially think that TPW isn't responsible for archiving the older 2020-2022 CitySpace articles. What could resolve it though is creating a redirect on the existing SharePoint site, however that doesn't solve the issue of COA AE and ABIA staff trying to access the old SharePoint site...

Will brainstorm some more solutions next week during our 1:1.
