I'm unable to access our TPW CYE file that Finance maintains in Sharepoint/Excel. I get the error message: There isn't enough memory to complete this action. Consider using 64-bit version of excel.' And I'm unable to access the actual file after getting this message. This is an urgent request as this file is used for monthly reporting.

• site storage has plenty of space left so this is not a space issue
• I tried to access the file and while it's too big to use online, it could be downloaded and used in the Excel desktop
