meeting with Dave et al. over the new needs

Fri 11/15/24

I created a new Teams here with required channels and pinned notifications instructions
I cleaned up the SharePoint site a bit and ensured no visitors had access
I added Dave as an Owner and sent him the Teams code via Teams so he could share that with invitees instead of having do approvals

Next steps:

wait for feedback from Winter Weather Tabletop Exercise taking place the week of 11/18/24
then create a new Event 1 Teams to be ready to deploy as needed
