[SharePoint] Finals Checks on Legacy PWD SharePoint Sites Migration

• CDS notified us about the Public Works legacy home and associated subsites being fully deprecated by the end of the calendar year
• we need to check with all former PWD divisions to ensure they're aware and we are all prepared (many of the migrations have been completed before)
• divisions to check:

Divisions Check

1. Community Services ✅

• migrated all files earlier this year (no site content)

2. Safety Office ✅

• completed migration and new site front with Katherine H. earlier this year

3. Sidewalks and Special Projects ✅

• completed migration with Shelley K. earlier this year

4. Office of the City Engineer

• set up new site earlier this year with Robert R.
• [x] Check with Robert - he said he believed they had everything but that he would check (Tue 11/19/24); he also suggested that I check with Alise R. on the Asset Management items
• [x] Check with Alise R. - Tue 11/19/24 via Teams - no response
• [x] Check with Alise R. again - Mon 11/25/24
  • Response: "I can confirm there is nothing that I need from the PWD site. Thank you for taking the time to inquire. "

5. OPM ✅

• Confirmed via email that they've migrated all their sites and content (Paige W. 11/19/24)

6. Street and Bridge Operations

• migrated files earlier this year
• [x] Email Dave A. and Richard D. regarding any remaining files (I don't think there should be any) - Mon 11/25/24
• response: "As far as I know, everyone from SBO and adjacent work groups (like Fleet) are out of the CPD SharePoint site. I’ll double check with people, but we should be done with the old site at this point."
