Describe the problem.

I was notified that the Adobe Pro package was made available to me via Company Portal, however I am unable to use company portal or the software center do to an earlier reset/partition. I would also like to download HEVC microsoft video extension or something similar in order to view HEIC iphone photos

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK
