What's the problem?
User has been presenting the conference room and suddenly the screen turned out to be black, need to see what's the issue
What did you do to resolve the issue
Have went over, checked the desktop if it's turned off, but the issue is with the panel of projector, moved the PC, output displays and setup has been completed accordingly.
