Help User Boni N. with File Explorer Sync to SharePoint #20049

What application are you using?

Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)

Describe the problem.

Boni N. (see edit for name) created a folder \tpwEmergingTechnology - Documents\Engineering\Smart Corridor Initiative\1.0 SCI System Screening and Phase 1 Reports\2- Technical\Phase I\Communications and PPT\Criteria & Design Workshop recently but cannot use his synced file explorer/one drive to access the documents. When I try, I receive "1 Interrupted Action - the source and file destinations are the same". It gives an option to skip but that didn't work until I accessed the file on the web version of SharePoint. Boni has experienced issues before with syncing to use file explorer.
