We received a report that removing a component phase is confusing and takes many clicks to achieve. We should update so that the toggle is not disabled when the status fields are populated. If the fields are populated, the toggle should clear out the values in the form to quickly remove a phase. Currently, the calendar and phase inputs must be cleared to remove the phase. Only then is the toggle enabled again.

One nuisance RE the component phases is if you want to remove a complete override the editor makes you clear the date and then delete the dropdown for the phase override. Would be a lot nicer to be able to switch off the phase override to essentially null that data in one click. When using the app it almost feels like what you are trying to do get get rid of an override is not possible.
