• from the demo/sprint review #19529 we captured the following update for the next sprint (long because of the holiday week)
• emailed Margaret and team with links to the NBP Knack folder in SharePoint for them to review the permit PDF draft as well as outgoing emails (in Word, with Track Changes enabled for any changes)

• [ ] Add new fields to Application record for Council District and Equity Analysis Zone
• [ ] Configure permit number to one of these options

Reviewer Portal

• [ ] Add the ability to add Content and/or Comment as internal Other document type
• [ ] Rebuild reviewer note capability to each update status from Reviewer so that each can be customized
  • [ ] Capture note content as an internal Other document type
  • [ ] Continue to push the reviewer note for missing documents into its own field on the Application to display to Applicant as instructions on the portal
