Background & Context

The Data Tracker is the primary operations system used by the Arterial Management Division.

Notable features include:

Integrated 311 service request dispatch by the Mobility Management Center
Traffic signal work order management
Warehouse inventory tracking
Traffic and Pedestrian signal request intake and prioritization
Traffic signal asset tracking, such as signal cabinets, CCTV cameras, and travel sensors

Technology

The Data Tracker is a Knack application with a slew of Python-based integrations and maintenance processes.

I'm the Product Manager for the AMD Data Tracker Knack Application as of January 2023 and meet with AMD on a monthly basis for Sprint Reviews!
Starting in October, we will start meeting every other week due to #5125
