- Geospatial Data Services - CTM is starting the ArcGIS Pro Migration, impervious cover contract with Furgo
- Geospatial Technology Management
- There are still openings for classes, check what's available and sign up. Classes will be remote.
- No update on Esri UC in July. Reduction in spending for travel, need to talk to department about cancelling
- Received an ArcGIS Server critical patch last night, needs to be applied to all servers
- CTECC - pinched streets back from GeoComm, look like they are done to their requirements, will be implementing soon into c-line 911 dataset
- GeoEvent - not renewing Sowjanya's contract at CTM, will be transitioning any work to Sys Ops
- GIS Modernization Project - Shanon has been meeting with Addressing Group at CTM discussing addressing toolset, Project Charter is signed, kickoff meeting is next week with Pilot Departments
- Creating a pool of General Consulting Support Credits, decide on a specific number and vote to add. Every credit is 2 hours of work for an Esri Consultant, 4 credits for one day. These would be automatically approved instead of having to go through the GIMOB. A department can get 4 credits for Esri consulting from this pool at a time.
- 50 credits in the bank - voted yes
- 4 credits per use - voted yes
- Constraint up to 10 credits per department 50 credit pool allocation - voted yes
- Governing Board Roadmap deadline pushed back to mid-April
- GIS Installation Form - working with Service-Now Team, they want customers to fill it out in Service-Now. Roxanne was just planning to move forward with users filling out the forms. We had a lot of discussion on the topic. We will be having a meeting to further discuss the transition of the process.
- Enterprise data projects - met this week for Easements, Street data meeting pushed back to 4/13.
