- Meeting with LIT to introduce Nate and discuss #1951
- Question for Paloma - recommended best practice is to enter number of hours, and that will set off calculation with fee amount and 4%surcharge. Will that work for you? #1951.
- Question - LIT said we could have them work on putting the Out of System fee on Portal in parallel with the creation of the fee in Amanda. Would that work for you?
- Question - need to confirm GL account numbers for the fees, who would be the right person to contact for that.
(- LIT working with DSD and Gita R at CTM to get right permissions for BSA/Dev. Two meetings scheduled for late April with ROW, LIT, DTS to go over Amanda Backlog.)

1291 and #1292 - UAT sessions for Valet related tickets scheduled for next week so Nate can join in
1528 - Swapna needs more clarity on which report template to use for RW and DS permit downloads
1819 - Swapna has disabled functionality to schedule TCI inspections in Portal test. Wants to know if that is working before she moves this to Production
1815 - Have put in a ticket for DS Web Acceptance group - need to get update on that.
- Introduced Nate to Kim today morning, and they started the series of training sessions to understand ROW business processes.
