PHB Ranking Criteria - moving process to ASMP Street Network - Sprint 22

• [x] Modify Street Select Script to use the asmp street network data
  • [x] Use street levels 2, 3, 4 (not including RAMP / SVRD) for analysis
  • [x] Use the asmp intersection polygon layer to split polylines
  • [x] Add new fields, Total Demand, Total Risk, Total Safety
• [x] create new version of asmp street network that has bus routes and PHIN/BHIN coded on the layer
• [x] Modify PHB Criteria Scipt
  • [x] Remove all segments that are within 25 feet of a signal from the data.
  • [x] Number of travel lanes and 2 stage crossing will be calculated from Existing Cross Section field

Completed the above changes and saved a new FGDB to working area for AMD. Emailed Renee and Andres regarding new output and the changes reflected in the data.

Modified the Demand Risk Safety for PHBs ASMP script. I had forgotten to add indexes for all the table joins, which was making the script super slow. Once the indexes were added, the script completes in about a miniute.

Modified Churches Schools Multifamily Parks script to optimize and simplify.

• AE_Streetlights layer is filtered out to only be STREETLIGHTS
• Signals layer is filtered out to not include permanently removed under Signal Status
• Signal Request layer (CSR) will be filtered to only show requests in the last 12 months. Waiting to hear back for what request status' and request types they want to include in the analysis.

Worked on CSR field:

• they are interested in PHB requests over the last 12 months
• Request Status: Ineligible, Not Recommended, Recently Reviewed, Recommended, Recommended - No Funding, Study, Under Evaluation.
• Add layer to FGDB, modified Script that creates Near Tables, and ran scripts again to include the CSR ranking in the overall ranking.
• Let AMD know that the data has been added and a new FGDB is available.
