Talked about internal dashboard for beds available, ICU available, etc. Data will need to come from the hospitals.
Possibly another internal dashboard that GISERT will maintain
HIPPA discussion - AGOL not compliant to house this type of data
O365 contract is HIPPA compliant, agreement between Microsoft and COA
Surveys created with this software since it is compliant
Tracy at APH is aggregating data by zip code and council distrct for the map in the Travis County / COA dashboard
Discussion for better documentation for activities during each GISERT session so the Duty Officers have a better idea of what's going on, what they need to do, etc.
Currently they are trying to create all maps through AGOL, but some maps would be better to use ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap
Problems seem to arise between different shifts where one person wants lots of maps, then the next does not.
Data in AGOL needs to be better organized. Dwayne is going to look into it and clean it up. Andrew deployed a response solutions package when this began which created a lot of extra "stuff" in AGOL.
ArcGIS Solutions - solutions add-in for Pro, desktop and web-based solutions
Lisa brought up that the data is not maintained cleanly (metadata - who created, when, for who). Kevin agreed that it's definitely an issue
Dwayne is going to add the Map Request Form to the Teams file area so it's available for everyone to access
AGOL users / logins discussion for how everyone that needs to see the maps can get AGOL accounts or a headless account
Move all the data into one layer - would be much easier to maintain
