Talking to Christina about fields on the DOSA form:
I verify that traffic control has been properly set-up and that employees in the work zone are wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Christina and I got on at call around 10:50 am and finished around 12:30 pm. Everything looks good, tested all all user roles in Signs side. Markings menu was easier to test bc Supervisor/Tech have same permission.
DOSAs were rolled out and no issues.
Signs & Markings Operations
Signs & Markings is trying to get rid of the paper DOSA process that we've had in place the past few years. What we are thinking is we could have a button on work orders that has a short statement reminding Technicians that they need to have proper traffic control set up and PPE on (attachment shows what we are thinking). Below this statement we would like a comment field where Technicians can make notes of any hazards present in the field.
We would be removing the paper process of DOSAs. This would make the documentation process quicker for Supervisors and Field Technicians.
We still use paper DOSA tickets. Right now during COVID-19 we have stopped this practice to avoid passing papers back and forth between staff.
