Parking Enterprise wanted a better way to aggregate their numbers and reporting of Brazos data. This application helps Parking Enterprise staff (Enforcement) have a centralized reporting center to track citation violations, citations each officer issues, revenue and budget and soon enforcement dispatch tracking.

Originally, a SharePoint site was created for them and they've been tracking dispatch call records in it. They now have a need to centralize the information since they already use the Parking Enterprise Reporting Portal as their citation tracking database.

@moorerst @dianamartin I've removed the word "Reporting" from this product since we've expanded it to include active management of dispatching, etc.
