Support

For most users who need support, your first point of contact for this portal will be its power users:

• Development Reviews: Sangeeta Jain or Amber Mitchell
• TIA Mod: Nathan Aubert

For specific requests, bug reports, or enhancement requests, Power Users should submit a DTS Service Request here.

For general support that doesn’t require a DTS service request, you can contact the Product Manager, Tracy Linder.

Background & Context

The Transportation Development Services Division provides review services to developers/applicants and their consultants on all aspects of transportation associated with a proposed development/redevelopment. This portal houses two applications to help staff manage these services:

• The Transportation Development Review is used by our project managers to manage and coordinate the ATD Engineering Review inside of Site Plans, Zoning and Subdivision cases.
• The TIA Module is used to specifically manage the review of Traffic Impact Analysis applications.

Update - Spring 2022

The portal stakeholders are currently fully focused on the Street Impact Fee Project #5078. I've halted new development to the Transportation Development Services Portal until after SIF has released and been stabilized. (Around July 2022)
