Background & Context

An application that is used as our primary purchase request, service requests and financial information tracking system. Was developed primarily for submitting, approving, and processing purchase requests from staff. Additional features have been built to include the ability to track task orders with data pulled from eCapri for TPW and Finance Team Staff to see financial information updated daily. The service requests feature allows TPW staff to submit new service requests, track the statuses of requests submitted, and specify the jobs they are requesting from Finance. Finance can manage service requests, assign requests to Finance staff, and update information that can be seen directly by TPW staff in the Finance & Purchasing Knack app and through automated emails.

I'm the Product Manager for the Finance & Purchasing Portal Knack Application as of March 2023 and have been meeting with the finance team frequently while working on #10198.
Currently don't have monthly sprint reviews scheduled, but will be asking the Finance Division if this would be helpful in FY24.
