Shared Mobility Operations feature layer - Mary V. #3133

Would you be able to help us with publishing a map of shared mobility infrastructure and regulations for us? The idea for us is to display to shared mobility providers where current and planned parking boxes are, slowdown areas, etc. We’re needing to fine-tune some of our definitions, but we’re still needing something in the interim so that we can track our infrastructure projects.

There is a SharedMobilityOperations file. It looks like Yunuen started importing what we had in this Google Map. If you’d like for us to set aside time to talk about map needs, let us know. Thank you.

The data that is in the Mxd that Mary would like published was not all in the same coordinate system and all in shapefiles instead of a FGDB.
Since Mary is new to GIS, I figured it would be easier to fix and organize the data myself. Scott put in a request for me to have rights to edit within the Parking Enforcement directory on G.
Created a FGDB, projected data that wasn't in State Plane and added all data to FGDB. Archived all other data into an Archive folder to clean up the directory.
When I tried to publish the feature layer I received an error that all features had m-values set. To remove this error from the feature layer, I had to create all new feature classes and load the data into them from the original data. I can finally publish the feature layer after I receive a Summary and Description from Mary.

I also cleaned up the Micromobility Complaints data that is in the same directory, updated the connections in the Mxd, and archived the shapefiles.

Published the Shared Mobility Operations Feature Layer
Created a Web Map the also included the dapcz and parking zones
Created a Web App for Mary to share with the Micro-mobility providers.

Mary requested that parking zones were removed from the map.
