Identify a digital solution for ATD's simple form needs #314

Tl;dr we need a PDF killer.

It would be fantastic to have a self-serve form solution for ATD staff. Here is a list of ATD services "available" on Austintexas.gov. The list was compiled by the CTM Service Access team.

All of these services should be converted to digital forms so that they are accessible to residents regardless of access to printers, specialized software, or desktop computers.

Emailed Soolin to ask for access to CTM's training materials that are posted here.

I just submitted a CTM Service Request (CALL0035899) for access to FormStack.

I have a meeting with Amber T. and Carlus on Friday, 6/12 to discuss ATD needs and get clarity on what solutions CTM has available. cc/ @moorerst @johnclary

Mary V., Shared Mobility, had a good experience building a form with Formstack and reports that Sam H., PIO, is happy with one she had built as well. I think a Gitbook page on how to use Formstack might be in order... 🤔
