Josh Conrad UT Phd student - Austin AI Housing Analysis
- New project, just received a grant for this project - Bridging Barriers sponsored by Good Systems
- Trying to connect campus researchers with the City of Austin
- Spatial and historical analysis of housing in Austin
- How has housing changed, how are these changes related, are these changes equitable and sustainable?
- changes in the built environment
- changes in costs of living
- changes in city governance/policy
- Departments at the city to work with: Energy, Planning and Zoning, Watershed, Transportation, Neighborhood Housing and Community Development, others?
AuGeo Application - Mat Peck
- GIS data into augmented reality for Watershed, they would like license agreements for AuGeo for education and the ability to see inside the pipes.
Add more Esri credits for Pro Migration - Andrew Rudin
- Departments that are currently in process of migrating have requirements to take Pro classes, requesting credits for these additional classes. Asking for 2 Essential Workflows class and 4 Migrating to Pro class, 144 credits needed.
- 6 pilot departments - PARD, CTM, PW, AW, Watershed, APD
- Voted on, motion passed
Routing Solution Survey - Andrew Rudin
- Exercise to find a routing solution that can be integrated with Maximo
- Survey 123 to find out departments needs for routing, Andrew will publish a Bloomfire post for this soon.
GIS Modernization Project - Andrew for Shannon
- Project newsletter out the pilot department users
- Work going on with departments documenting tools that need to be migrated to Pro
- Working a lot on Addressing side, Esri has new Addressing Solution, looking through it to see how they are going to move forward.
- Looking at Attribute Rules
- Documenting all users for the pilot departments, what software they are using, what they will need to migrate to, etc.
Data Purchases for Imagery, Ortho, LiDAR - Andrew Rudin
- still on track with request
- may go into large project with TNRIS, large area in the works to be purchased in the San Antonio area
ArcGIS Urban Tool for PAZ - Andrew Rudin
- found funding, but Esri won't make a contract amendment for a purchase that is so small as it's only $2500-$5000.
- Marna has been talking to Esri about this request.
APD Architecture Review - John Cook
- Currently doing the architecture review.
- John and Andrew has spoken with Public Safety staff.
- Will be meeting with Esri to talk about idea of a Portal for more secure data that includes CJIS, HIPPA, etc. that will be an Enterprise Portal.
GIS Installation Form - RoxAnne Parker
- In production in Service-Now
GIS SPOC List - RoxAnne Parker
- RoxAnne is trying to keep the list updated, contact her if there are any changes
- Thomas Montgomery volunteered to to become the Other Departments GIS SPOC
Geoanalytics Program - John Cook
- This project will most likely not move forward very much if at all since Jacquie is currently in an acting Manager role.
Knowledge Base
- CTM is going to hire a contractor to help with GIS Knowledge and how to best share with the enterprise
- Will also be working on the Bloomfire website
Geospatial Data Services - RoxAnne
- Working on Pro Migration with Addressing, Parcel Fabric, Basemap
- Just finished the GIS Installation Form
- Still working on re-alignments, contractor that works on subdivisions will also be working on easements within the plats as well.
Image Server - Bradley
- Been working on getting the mosaic datasets onto AGOL
