@johnclary - as you wrap up AMD's inventory, do you have a sense of the level of effort for this request? Is it reasonable to expect that we can begin work in Sprint 32?
Also, is there a specific ask from Susanne that we can speak with her about?
@amenity schedule for the end of this sprint.
@johnclary - please prioritize this.

Work to be done on the SMB side to determine what the highest need is here.
Per most recent discussions with SMB staff we're leaving this in the backlog until they refine their inventory processes. See notes here.
Project for Signs & Markings Warehouse Inventory was again requested by Finance and TPW's Inventory Manager, Cesar.
A feature within SMD Data Tracker to keep track of inventory available in the warehouse in real time and to transparently see turnover rates.
Background
Currently, Finance is having issues with the fact that there are no inventory counts so there is no data to provide justification on what items are considered high turnover. Would like to see more transparency with current status of inventory in the Signs & Markings Warehouse.
Scope & Deliverables
DTS is supporting this project in coordination with Signs & Markings and Finance. This project will require us to build out an inventory feature in the Signs & Markings Data Tracker application. This will need to include: a cycle count feature, restock item form, and either (1) pull inventory from materials used in work tickets or (2) an inventory check-in/check-out form.
Finance has also requested that we track Signs & Markings inventory items in the Finance & Purchasing Portal, similar to how Arterial Management tracks inventory there.
