311 Request for RPP GIS Data #4019

311 contacted Ryan R. about updated RPP data. Ryan directed them to the AGOL Web Map and mentioned that they tried to update the GIS data before, but could not.

Bill S. at 311 asked if the data was available on datamart, which tells me that they can access our GIS data.

Sent Bill links to the AGOL feature layers in case they can access AGOL. Also sent him a FGDB with the RPP data. Since he mentioned datamart, they must be able to access a database, so I did not send shapefiles.

Bill emailed again asking what field gives the location of the data. Will need to work with him to get the data updated.

Haven't heard back from Bill regarding my response, moving to next Sprint.

Met with Patrick W. from 311 to go over RPP data.

Talked about RPP Properties and Zones, they will be adding both layers to their system
Sent him a link to the GIS SPOC list, he asked about it
Sent him a link to Activating your AGOL Account Wiki to help him create an account
Sent him a link to the RPP Web Map so he can access the RPP Properties and Districts/Zones feature layers to export the updated data.
