Test Attribute Rules in Versioned Environment on GISMAINTDEV #4032

Move test data to MAINTDEV as I've been working in a FGDB to simplify things.
Reconfigure Attribute Rules on the data.
Testing editing in a versioned environment to make sure the Attribute Rules function as expected.

All Attribute Rules work perfectly except calculating the unique ID fields. The database sequence is not currently accessible to non-admin users. I have an Esri Support Ticket in as well as a CTM Hep Desk Ticket regarding Oracle privileges.

I asked questions during the Attribute Rules workshop last Friday, Lee K. said he would be happy to talk about the issues I was having with database sequences.
I met with Lee this morning, it turns out that when the Create Database Sequence GP tool is ran the sequence is created as publicly accessible on the network. I just need to use the fully qualified sequence name in the Attribute Rule and now it works perfectly.
