COA Composite Locator Issues #4286

It appears that the COA Composite Locator is not working.

Does not work in AGOL maps or ArcMap, adding the Composite again to the Widget does not work either. Sent Ben an image of the error to see what's going on.

Finally got to the root of the problem. Older Web Apps using the Search Widget were accessing an old Web Service for the COA Composite Locator. Any of the old Web Apps using the Search Widget needed to have the Locator updated to the new version. Production version: https://geo.austintexas.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Geocode
