Sent email to openrecords@peci.com to request an updated version of their Utility Pole GIS data.

Received response this morning with updated data. In the future they are now asking that I email GISDesign@peci.com for any GIS Data Requests.
Added new data to the Pedernales FGDB under Data_OtherSources.
Re-published Pedernales feature layer with new data.
