These need to be updated to reflect our new issue templates, labeling schema, etc.:

[ ] Update PM Assignments needs to be updated to point to Application Inventory in Data Tracker ... once we've got all PMs in there.

I've created the new templates for project and product issues and deleted the old project/product index.

I started an "Index Issue Specifications" section in Gitbook. Work in progress.
