[Feature] Global Calendar View #4836

Open amenity opened 3 years ago

PIO and the Office of the Director maintain a calendar of any and all ATD events. e.g. public meetings, project kickoffs, etc. It would be great if Moped could provide this functionality through a filterable list of milestones across all projects.

See also #4835.

Note: I doubt that an actual calendar grid format is the best way to show this information to begin with.

From Dylan J. via Teams:

[12:34 PM] Amenity Also, what do you think about a "Public meeting" milestone? Beyond individual teams seeing these in context with the rest of their project timelines, we've gotten a request from Dan Brooks & PIOers to have a consolidated calendar of all ATD-staffed public events.
[12:59 PM] Dylan Yes, "Public meeting" is definitely a milestone for many projects with community engagement efforts, where it be online or in-person these days. It would be good to have a short open comment text box for writing when/where it occurred or any other pertinent details at a minimum. I know Dan might have thoughts for wanting to track other information as well related to SD 23 metrics for demographics or the # of people engaged, etc. And I understand that might not be in the scope of MOPED at this time for an initial rollout.

Another common type one would be a neighborhood group meeting, which typically involves going to one of their meetings to present, a phone call with a small group of stakeholders, or a field visit with a small group of stakeholders. Those hold a little different connotation than a "public meeting" that is hosted by ATD/PWD, but are still helpful to track. We likely do not need to track the phone calls and field visits in MOPED, but tracking any presentations to neighborhood groups would be good. We have it in Access as "Neighborhood meeting" right now.
