Publish Survey123 Survey Publicly - Susanne G. #4983

Describe the problem.

ArcGIS Survey123 is not allowing COA viewers to submit responses to the survey I created. It is currently shared within the organization.

My request is to have the survey available to submit for COA Viewer or to make the survey publicly available if the first option is not possible.

Is there anything else we should know?

The survey will be sent out next week to Signs and Markings staff.
