UC-DTS Monthly Meeting 3/25/2024

New Topics:

  1. Folder expiration bug: per staff they don't expire.

    • is there expiration logic on the folder and is it correct? (DAPCZ is 1 year, outside DAPCZ is 2 years)
    • There is no indication that the system has ever expired a UC

  2. Mobility Bond Review 51093:

    • Should insert on all UC folders when distribution is triggered on the UC Distribution folder process
    • There is already a corresponding review info on the info tab, it should be updated to default to yes
    • Insert the corresponding review document
    • Be sure the review doc is merged into the master comment report

  3. Allow UC-portal users to see the folder RSN on the permit details view

  4. Allow UC-portal users to see the folder documents Not currently a portal feature to show folder docs

Discussed the CDS Comment summary is not updating for 2024 after CTM started working on it. Cards related to this to fix are: #16419 and #17300 Greg would like to come up with a gameplan to fix this.
