@dianamartin @SurbhiBakshi I believe this request is for a new report in the new Knack application for Dispatch Tracking. Confirming with Shavyvonne.
Per Shavyvonne: Yes Ma'am it is. The Officers can submit SR's via the 311 APP on their Brazos device for dockless (scooters & bikes) when they are on their beat. By doing so this also allows the Scooter/bike companies to address the issues in a timely manner.
I was told last month they responded to/or submitted over 800 SR's just for Dockless (Scooter/Bike). So we want to be able to track these SR's but also give credit to the Officers who are helping address these issues and concerns
More info: This has to do with the "Shared Micromobility" SR that we had a discussion with Joseph about. His team and our team address these issues and it's the company responsibility to correct, move, pick up, or relocate these dockless complaints within a 2 hour time frame.
Talked to Stephanie and right now this information lives in 311 system. I think Shavyvonne is asking for a manual entry for this scooter report.

Added a new field "Officer Name Manual Create" - to indicate they were officer driven 311 SRs By adding this the dispatchers can document the 311 SRs that were created by the officers

Would like to request for a report to be created like Officer Metrics for scooters. Would like to see the breakdown on how many scooter CSR's were created by each Officers via 311 mobile app or responded to by each Officers via 311.

This would help with gathering information to see how much time the officers are spending on addressing scooter complaints or inputting scooter complaints via 311 mobile app.
Collecting this information also helps with gathering metrics for SSPR evaluations.
