Create Transportation Mitigation GIS Data - TDSD

Create new GIS feature layer in AGOL /Web Map based on Spreadsheet that I will be receiving from TDSD.

Sent email to check-in since it's been almost a month since we met to discuss.

Created test version, sent FGDB to Sangeeta. Removed all Site Plan Case Fields from data.

Sangeeta let me know that they will be sending me an updated Spreadsheet soon (6/22)

• Created new Mitigations feature class based on the new Spreadsheet Sangeeta sent
• The new table had Case Numbers that matched to both Site Plan Case and Zoning Case, but not all Case Numbers matched on the initial joins
• Had to create no match table, then manually find the records that matched in both the Site Plan Case and Zoning Case layers
• I could not match 2 records, let Sangeeta know which records could not be matched
• Since she needed it by EOD today, I sent her the FGDB as is so she has a new layer for her meeting tomorrow.

• Rename previous Mitigate Database to 2017 and prior
• New will be 2018-2020 Mitigation Database
• Will be resending me a new Spreadsheet end of this week/early next week, create new layer in AGOL
• will be sending updates every quarter

• Matched all records to Site Plan Case, Zoning Case, and one to Subdivision Case
• Updated the Final layer with new records
• Published Transportation Mitigations 2018-2020 feature service to AGOL, shared to TDSD and ATD Groups (per Sangeeta's request)
• Added feature layer to Development Review Web Map, then configured to show only under the SIF/Mitigations Layer List

Emailed Sangeeta to see if she wants a separate Web Map/App created for this layer.

Holding off on Web Map/App for now.
