Coordinate migration of small cell data from Data Tracker to ArcGIS #6264

April can work with DSD towards making AMANDA can be the single source of information long term. In the meantime, tracking this in Data Tracker isn't necessary. An ArcGIS feature class with the contact information will enable technicians to get the info they need from the field. TARA can maintain the info there directly.

Just reached out to the DSD GIS team (9/9) and asked when we they'd be able to prioritize getting the Small Cell team a solution. They said:

D: Still in our backlog and we are working on other priorities at the moment. C: We should be able to get to it within the next couple of months. C: I'll keep you posted

@amenity Since this is out of our hands and isn't affecting other projects. Should we move #6517 to "Icebox" until DSD team gets back to us?

@dianamartin - no, I think "Blocked" accurately reflects that our intention for this to happen has not changed yet we are unable to move forward.
