This will be used to track contractor maintenance dates of long line. This is different from the pavement markings work order layer, which is in-house.

• Imported new table to Maint
• Added new field to ATD Maintained Streets, setup Attribute Rule to calculate new ID field based on the markings data sequence.
• Checked metadata, need field descriptions for all fields from Christina.

• Finally got field descriptions, updated metadata and submitted Service-Now request to have new field (CONTRACTOR_FEATURE_ID) added to ATD maintained streets in GISDM
• Going to add Attribute Rules to fields that can be automated, cleared it with Christina before starting, will need to clean up fields before assigning rules
• Added copy of Counties layer from GISDM to Maint for calculating the COUNTY field
• Went through COUNTY field and fixed errors, had to add new Counties to the Domain
• Went through COUNCIL_DISTRICT field and fixed errors, had to add 0 to the Domain for segments beyond the boundaries
• Asked about the JURISDICTION field, it's more complicated then just assigning based on Jurisdiction layer, will wait until Christina decides how she wants to tackle that field.

• Add Global IDs before Attribute Rules can be added to the layer.
• Attribute Rules for:
  • COUNCIL_DISTRICT field
  • COUNTY field

Will create a copy of ATD maintained streets to work on rules for short line and specialty markings fields.

• Set atd_maintained_streets_dates table as versioned
• Created relationship class between atd_maintained_streets_dates and atd_maintained_streets
• Looked into Susanne's 2 attribute rules as they are using her old relationship classes from the FGDB. The rules don't make sense, need to check with her next week. Updated the relationship class for the Centerline Miles, but not for Street Name as there is another error in the expression.
• Checked on my Service-Now request for adding the new field in GISDM, it was still sitting as New. Send Dwayne a message asking about it.

• Updated the Street Name Attribute Rule as it was erroring out due to the field being null.
• Dwayne finally got my Service-Now request to add the new field to the GISDM layer.

Update to Christina/Susanne:

I wanted to give you an update on ATD Maintained Streets:

• ATD_ADMIN.atd_maintained_streets_dates table

  • Added to MAINT
  • Added new Attribute Rule to calculate the CONTRACTOR_FEATURE_ID field using the markings data sequence
  • Updated the existing Attribute Rules (Centerline Miles and Street Name) as the relationship name has changed in MAINT
  • Added one-to-many relationship between the table and ATD Maintained Streets layer

• ATD_AMIN.atd_maintained_streets layer

  • Updated field descriptions in Metadata
  • Added CONTRACTOR_FEATURE_ID field
  • Added Attribute Rules to COUNCIL_DISTRICT and COUNTY fields on ATD Maintained Streets layer
  • Calculated all records that needed updating before adding new rules
  • CTM GIS finally received my request to add the new field to ATD Maintained Streets in GISDM, that should be done this week

Regarding adding Attribute Rules for the SHORTLINE and SPECIALTY_MARKINGS fields in the ATD Maintained Streets layer, I am going to work on those in a FGDB since I will need to test them to make sure they work properly. I will let you know when I’m ready to assign them to the layer.

Found issues with ATD Maintained Streets in GISDM, was getting permission denied and the relationship class was added. Asked Dwayne about problems, he was able to fix: ATD Maintained Streets is working again, the relationship class has been removed from GISDM.

Closing this Issue. I don't think it will be easy to setup Attribute Rules on this layer based on other multiple layers. Will create an Issue in my Backlog for more research.
