She needs 2 new parking areas:

Q2: create various polygons for on-street paid parking areas
Woods of Westlake: http://austintexas.gov/WoodsofWestlakeParking, create polygon around Scottish Woods Trail

Send Mary update to map for review when done.

Found the original data that Francesco created to to make the initial feature layer.
Created a Project and moved data into the FGDB
Added the Q2 Stadium and Woods of Westlake boundaries to the layer, and added new field for links
Re-published PayToParkAreas feature layer
Updated Austin Paid On-Street Parking Areas and Parking Hours Web Map.
