Maria requested an updated Impact Area map for ACL.

Created new Pro Project for the Impact Map
Some of the data from 2019 was still in the old everything FGDB. Created new layers in the ACL FGDB to consolidate all ACL data.
Updated for 2021, waiting to hear back on times.
