Meeting: Badging System Process Stream line/Clean up for 8700/8900 buildings

Objective

This meeting is to discuss streamlining the badging system process and organizing the badge clearance groups. Attached is a spreadsheet downloaded from the system, I’ve already done an first round clean up and identified people we may need to remove or change access. I need the supervisors to review the personnel list to ensure their employees are still active employees and perhaps help me identify folks that I am unsure of. There is a “contractor” category and I’m unsure if they are part of the cleaning crew or actual ATD contractors for other capacities. Please forward invite to other folks I may have missed.

Additionally

• I also plan to do more discovery on what times/days the current clearance groups have. I have started a proposed list of clearance groups we may need to have to cover all of our different business needs. I’ll share that with everyone on meeting day.
• I plan to propose a streamline process for getting hoteling employees access to Cameron (this is what I’ve been tasked with in the Robin roll-out phase for Cameron)
