Discuss the issues with matching batches on Smartfolio report to Fiserv (Bank of America) report for parking revenues.

These are the questions for our discussion:

• How can we match the batch ID on the Parkeon/Flowbird to the ones on Fiserv (BOA) report?
• How can we do VLOOKUP the machine code to machine name (Zone/Location)?

• Fixed one thing by doing a Vlookup template, locations based on meter numbers
• Which of the 25 locations it belongs to

Assistance Needed

• SmartFolio - API (query) returns a CSV format (machine readable) -Downloading spreadsheet
• Vlookup - relate to meter locations
• Grouping by batch (they currently use a pivot table to group)
• Reconcile to Fiserv (BOA) total deposit amount
• Batch split up by card type

Reporting Smartfolio

• ePayment Flow Supervision
• Austin v. pard
• Select date range (2 weeks at a time)
• Status = Completed

Time frame

• Excel is really big, sometimes it take a long time and sometimes is doesn't.
