2020 census numbers are only available for Counties and Cities since the redistricting is not complete at this time. Will have to use 2019 ACS 5-year population numbers for this analysis.

• Downloaded the B01003 Total Population ACS 5 year 2019 Table by Block Group for Travis and Williamson Counties from the Census Bureau
• Downloaded the B01003 Total Population ACS 5 year 2019 Table by County for Travis and Williamson Counties from the Census Bureau
• Joined Population by Block Groups Table to External Block Groups layer
• Definition query on AAA Bicycle Network for PhaseSimple = Complete and created a 1/2 mile buffer
• Selected block groups where majority of population sits inside buffer zone (used nearmap imagery for block groups on the edges of the buffer
• Frequency on selected block groups by county, summarized by population totals
• Sent Nathan the population totals for the buffer zone by county as well as total population by county

• Sent the COA Total Population per the ACS 5-year 2019 table
• Did an intersect between the block groups 1/2 mile buffer and the COA Full Purpose to provide the population that fell within the buffer area in COA Full Purpose.
