Engineering Service Areas Error in Data - 311 Reported #7149

From Bill S. in 311:

We had an issue given to us regarding an intersection not validating properly inside an ATD Engineering service area.

The intersection is Mc Kinney Falls Pkwy & Colton Bluff Springs Rd (also Grand Regency Way all three are at same intersection)

In the ArcGIS catalog the ATD Engineering Service Area shows the intersection as not being in a service area for some reason. When we received a request from Travis County they noted this is a COA managed intersection and it shows to be in full purpose jurisdiction.

When I looked at the Arc GIS online version of the Engineering Service Area it looks like it would include the intersection. When we last looked at these you noted the two files were mirrors of each other and we could pull from the ArcGIS or the online version, so we have been using the ArcGIS catalog version since most of the files we pull each month are in there.

Can you look at these and let us know if we need to start using the online version? If so, please confirm the name and URL to make sure we are pulling the correct equivalent – I found a file at: TRANSPORTATION_engineering_service_areas - Overview (arcgis.com)

Here is a screen shot of a map I built from the ArcGIS catalog version of the layer with street segments shown (I noticed there are two intersections with Colton Bluff and Mc Kinney Falls Pkwy – the one in question is in the green – maybe the other intersection with Janes Ranch/Colton Bluff/Mc Kinney Falls is causing a conflict? )
