We need the TIA Cases so we can tie the TIA mitigations to the cases.

Created new issue for this work #7425

@amenity I think you didn't see my notes yet. I think John and I think doing a custom script will take too long. See above

@dianamartin - ooooh, I'd missed that comment! Thanks, @dianamartin. Took a look the spreadsheet you sent and that's promising. So between the file names and pulling from AMANDA, do you think we can put together all the dates we need?

dianamartin commented 2 years ago

I think it's possible it could be a combination of solutions that gets us what we need. There are a handful of PDFs thought that have like 40-60 pgs and have memos in there, I'm not sure entirely if they've all been separated out. I think talking to Sam H. from AECOM, he's currently augmented staff in TED. He was the one that worked on the project from what I remember, maybe he has some insight on it.

Emailed Sam 10/13 to see if he's the right person to talk to about the project.

@TracyLinder @Nadin-Nader - if we gave you a list of AMANDA case #s, could you pull out the date for a TIA mitigation fee payment for that case?

TracyLinder commented 2 years ago

@amenity I don't think we started charging mitigation fees in AMANDA until Oct 2020. We should be able to pull data for after 10/2020

dianamartin commented 2 years ago

We could close this issue, right?

amenity commented 2 years ago

@dianamartin yes. Closing and removing all the automatically added sprints.
