Add "Comments" field under the Re-stock form

Describe the problem.

I would like to request the addition of a comment section under the Restocking Module.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

This function will allow me to have a visual confirmation for checks and balances when referencing DO/PO during the restocking process.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

After Restocking is performed I am currently not aware of how I can currently view the DO/PO of a particular restock transaction.

Is there anything else we should know?

@amenity I believe this is a 1 if it's just adding a field. I'd check with @johnclary to make sure this form doesn't have custom rules that might get affected to the field being visible on the form. I believe there is some custom automation on it for a different field.

• This form did not have a "Comment" field, it was already there but not visible on the form
• Added "Comment" field to Re-Stock Item form
